Nick Jonas Supports Musical Theater Mentorship Program
Serving as master of ceremonies, Nick Jonas stepped out to support the 7th Annual Shubert Foundation /MTI Broadway JR. Student Program at Shubert Theater in New York City on Tuesday (May 29).
In a brown and orange plaid button up, the 19-year-old singer/songwriter took the stage smiling and waving to audience members and took a moment to pose for pictures with students who made their Broadway debut during the event.
The 7th annual Shubert Foundation/MTI Broadway JR. Student Program is a musical theater mentorship program which aims to build self-sustaining theater programs in public schools that have limited arts programming and featured students from middle and intermediate New York City Public Schools in Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Manhattan.
Nick wrapped up his his role in "How To Succeed" on Broadway this month and hinted some new music could soon be in the works tweeting, "Excited about my next adventure - I know 2 guys who are happy I'll be back in the studio to write again! @KevinJonas @JoeJonas #JB2012".
