2012 GLAMOUR Women of the Year Awards: A Star-Studded Affair
The high heels and fancy gowns were out in full force as the stars arrived for the GLAMOUR Women of the Year Awards held at Berkeley Square Gardens in London, England on Tuesday (May 29).
Some of the women pouring out on the red carpet for the event included a brightly dressed Eva Longoria, as well as Lea Michele, a lacy and layered Jessica Alba and "Modern Family" vixen Sofia Vergara.
Also stepping out for the honorable event was a lacy cut out of Naomi Watts, Jessie J and an emerald dress clad Lily Collins.
Looking stunning in a beautiful blue ballgown, Miss Michele tweeted as soon as she hit the red carpet, writing, "So happy to be here with my good friend miss Lily Collins:)".
The 25-year-old "Glee" star recently opened up about her fame by saying, “Women in powerful positions get labeled with the D word, but you have to use your diva-ness for good as a way to show your strengths,” adding, "I have this fire in me, and it’s only getting stronger.”
Fresh-faced Miss Alba also took to Twitter to announce she was "Heading 2 #GlamourAwards" and followed up by posting a string of pictures of celebrities at her table including Miss Vergara, Miss Longoria, and British journalist Piers Morgan.
