Beyonce: Back for Round 2 at Revel Resorts
Back for the second of her four-night post-baby concert return, Beyonce Knowles gave another energetically dazzling performance at Ovation Hall at Revel Resort & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Saturday night (May 26).
The new mother of a precious daughter named Blue Ivy swapped in and out of an array of intricately crafted costumes while belting out songs including, "I Care", "Dance For You" and "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)".
During the concert, Beyonce spoke to the audience about getting back in stage form so quickly after giving birth. Of the strenuous achievement, the 30-year-old said, ”Y’all don’t know how hard I had to work.... I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on the treadmill, eating lettuce.”
She also welcomed quite the prestigious trio of spectators in the crowd offering their support, as First Lady Michelle Obama turned up with daughters Sasha and Malia while joining the 5,500 attendees in welcoming Miss Knowles back after her recent family expansion hiatus with rapper hubby Jay-Z.
