A major sticking point in the Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes divorce - besides custody of Suri - may be child support, which she reportedly wants from the star.

As for whether Katie will challenge the prenup, it's pretty common when a divorcing couple is in conflict, though it's unclear on what grounds she'd contest it.

Katie sources are not ruling that out, but they insist she's not out for cash and cite the prenup as proof of her intentions: she didn't marry for his money.

So why'd she leave? Reportedly out of fear that their daughter, now six years old, would be dragged deep into his controversial Scientology belief system.

Holmes' decision to file for divorce blindsided Cruise, but it appears she had been planning to leave him, or at least thinking about it, for up to six months.

Incidentally, Forbes' new list of highest paid actors in Hollywood has Tom at #1, by a wide margin, with $75 million between May 2011 and May 2012.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Adam Sandler tied for second with $37 million. Gives you an idea of Tom's league when it comes to stardom ... he's in his own.

America's Got Talent Results: Who's In? » Gossip - The votes were in. The eliminations were announced. The tension was palpable on America's Got Talent last night.

America's Got Talent Elimination Night

Elimination 1 - Music
When Nick Cannon called the first three acts, it was clear who was safe. In comparison to the other two, Shanice & Maurice were the only ones that the judges even gave positive feedback to with their live performance. Harkening back to how good one was in Vegas won't help a public that may have only tuned in this week.

The obvious point is that all these acts can't have an off week like American Idol contestants can because we see them once in the quarterfinals. Michael Nejad was compared to the vacuum cleaner he played. Nikki chose a very sleepy song. While Shanice & Maurice picked a song that was from Pearl Harbor, the message worked perfectly for a father/daughter team.

Elimination 2 - Dancers
The biggest issue I have with 787 Crew was that it is repetitive. If you ever watched ABDC, it used that breaking circle choreography then as well. It doesn't help that Puerto Rico has such a small voting block that they couldn't really support him. For me child acts tend to be wild cards. In Vegas, all the young singers trumped the Female Vocalist category including Nikki Jensen.

Lil Starr could have made it through on another week with a song that wasn't LMFAO but it also didn't help that she went fourth. If she went tenth, she could have been clumped with the talented end acts. That being said, The Scott Brothers are great at what they do and floating hat trick, while kind of easy (you twirl your fingers around a hat), showed the variety that they needed to advance.

Elimination 3 - Novelty
This one was a landslide for David Garibaldi & his CMYK's which gives me hope for an artist. I thought that Season 5's Maricar was innovative as she tried to paint underwater (or sexily paint Catwoman), but she lacked the dynamic of the stage that the CMYK's provide. There was nothing wrong necessarily about the Stunt Team, but the production camera shots didn't do them justice at all.

If The Scott Brothers chose only a background video (no fog, lasers, shooting smoke), then the stunt team should have focused on stunts. Jarrett & Raja's act was awful. If they stuck with a more music/magic hybrid instead of gay musical magic show they would have a shot. Instead they'll be a Tumblr animated gif and forgotten in the shuffle.

Judge's Choice - Edon vs. Todd Oliver
I think there were only two other acts that didn't make it may have thrown votes away from Edon: The Distinguished Men of Brass and Lil Starr. Those two acts are at the moment the only two that should be in contention for wild card spots. Lil Starr could have stolen some of the children’s votes that Edon had and the Men of Brass suffered from poor production value.

Edon's voice will be a Pandora's Box with puberty emerging during the season. The soonest we'll see him is in August and by then his body could do its best to botch his chances. Todd Oliver on the other hand, had awful material but a cute concept for ventriloquism. Could he improve his jokes by August to be wild carded back in? Unless he hires a joke writer like the judges suggested, I don't think so.

Following a demo leak of "Morning Sun" that made its way online last year, the group has released the following listen today for free, giving fans an early copy of a track that will be featured on its upcoming EP.

Tom Cruise "Begged" Katie Holmes For Reconciliation, Was Rebuffed, Report Claims » Gossip - It's safe to assume Tom Cruise's 50th birthday was not what he'd hoped for.

According to Us' cover story (below), he traveled from Iceland, where he's been shooting the new film Oblivion, to the United States early July 3.

If things had gone according to plan for Cruise, he'd have celebrated hitting the half-century mark in Iceland with wife Katie Holmes by his side.

But since Katie filed for divorce out of nowhere last week, he was forced to make a last-ditch effort to save the relationship, only to be rebuffed.

While Holmes, 33, was MIA from Rock of Ages premieres and other events, "he begged her to come to Iceland for one last try at reconciliation," the insider says.

Holmes, motivated by fears of Scientology corrupting their daughter Suri, had been secretly plotting to file for divorce and move into her own NYC apartment.

She refused to go, and the pair had a "huge fight," the source explains.

Although Cruise was aware that things were tense and severely estranged with Holmes, "he was confident he could talk her out of it and keep her with him."

Holmes seeks sole legal custody of Suri, 6, and clearly filed in N.Y. State as a means of achieving that goal, as its courts are more likely to award sole custody.

There's a prenup in place, but regarding custody, it looks like a nasty split is on the horizon. Here's hoping they can work it out quietly and under the radar.

The 30-year-old mother of two will not only appear on in-store and online components, but is also expected to shoot a television ad that will debut this fall and is lending her face for a print campaign for September magazines.

The senior vice president of merchandising at Macy’s Merchandising Group, Nancy Slavin, said, “Camila has a beautiful, multiethnic appearance that will appeal to a diverse customer base. She’s on the red carpet, but she’s also a mother. It’s an incredible package that will deliver star power to our star brand at Macy’s".

There is also the possibility that her Muxo by Camila Alves moniker handbag line could appear in local department stores as she is working on launching a midpriced handbag for the line which will be aimed at department stores. “The product is pretty much ready, we’re just working out the details,” Alves admitted.

Currently, Alves and her mother's high-end collection of handbags are sold at Nordstrom while a lower-priced range is available on QVC.

On if she plans on being one of those actresses who take their children on set all of the time:
"I do not know yet how I will organize. I do not even know where I live soon! Our city is heart of Madrid, and we have just as often as possible. But we try to put elsewhere. Why not New York? I love it! When I walk through its streets, I feel like an eternal student."

Miranda Cosgrove Celebrates Opening of "Despicable Me" Minion Mayhem » Gossip - Promoting the park’s newest addition, Miranda Cosgrove was spotted at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL for the grand opening of “Despicable Me” Minion Mayhem.

The “iCarly” starlet voices the character of Margo in the animated film, which the theme park ride is based on. The brunette beauty posed with her cast mates in a pink and black ensemble and tweeted, “Hanging out with Elsie and Dana who voice my sisters in Despicable Me :)”

The ride takes place one year after Gru adopts Cogrove's character along with her sisters Edith and Agnes giving guests a chance to become minions themselves.

According to reports, the ride takes guests through scenes from the popular film and it features propaganda posters throughout trying to convince rides to join Gru and become a minion.

The 19-year-old shared her excitement earlier today tweeting, “Heading to Orlando for the opening of the new Despicable Me ride at Universal!”
